Adapted from Ancient Brews by Patrick McGovern
Transformed recipe to whole grain and modified down to small batch. Don't keep myrrh and gentain root handy, so just popping up the hops a bit to mimic at least the bittering quality I'm missing out. A bit of a fridge beer, in that I'm tossing in some leftover hops. Adding some dried thyme to get some sort of herbacious note in lieu of the original ingredients.
