Switched to Carafa III instead of Roasted Barley for less harsh roast character. Added about 5% Oak Smoked Wheat for more complex flavors and added 3 oz of Acidulated malt for some tangy bite.
Yeast expected attenuation adjusted to 65% based on mashing at 155.
