A: Kardemommeekstrakt:
400 ml af øllet + 15 g kardemomme trækker i en uge og bundfælder. Dekanteres til ca 350 ml ekstrakt.

B: Fadekstrakt fra eget fad (vodka som efterhånden smager whiskyagtig). Man kan sikkert bruge en mild whisky.

C: Urtegaarden Appelsinolie.

Til 17 liter øl tilsættes 350 ml A + 60 ml B + 17 dråber C.
