Make sure to dissolve pre measured amount of honey into desired amount of wort or water and adjust the ph to 5.3 or as close as you can get. This makes the honey flavor much softer and less acidic.

Dangerously crushable saison with very pronounced pillowy honey flavor. Used a gelatin mixture to drop clear and keg conditioned with honey to carb. My favorite saison recipe.
