After reaching terminal gravity, dry-hop for two days by:
1) Soft Cold crashing to 55 degrees
2) Transferring beer out of fermenting keg, getting it off yeast and into a keg holding two stainless mesh tubes with hops, all having been purged with CO2
3) Due to the large amount of hops in the recipe, this needs to be done twice, splitting the hop charge into two, for two days each time.
