Secondary was performed in the keg at ferm temps. Temp controller cycled heat and cool with a 3 deg delta from 68F thus max swing was theoretically 65-71F. Given this is January I believe it stayed mostly on the lower end (65-68F). Actual (1st brew) OG/FG was 1054 and 1011 respectively for 5.65% ABV.
