Notes

**Brewed 6/28/22 - Too much water. Reduce sparge water volume and careful to only start with 6.5 or 7 gallons max. Did not boil off as much as expected even with lid partially on with 2 clips.

Resulted in 1.066 per TILT and 1.072 with hydrometer at around 6.5 gallons instead of 5.5.
