Notes
Due to system capacity/efficiency issues, a double mash with two kettles will be attempted. Half of grain bill will be mashed for 60 minutes and first runnings (about 13L) will be collected in first boil kettle. Sparge first mash, second runnings of first mash will be collected in second boil kettle, and topped up with water, heated to strike temp, and used for second mash. First runnings plus sparge with be collected in boil kettle, wort boiled, and brewday continues as normal.
