Demir Bira is a brand name I created for myself to make my homebrew feel a bit special.
Demir means Iron in Turkish. (Also my name)
New Western IPA - Hybrid IPA, made with Nelson, Simcoe and HBC586. Something between a West Coast IPA and a New England IPA
