Notes: At flame out, let the wort sit for 15 minutes before chilling (It takes me about 10 minutes to bring my wort down to pitching temp with an immersion chiller.) You may have to adjust based on your system. I extract another 25 IBU or so from those hops that went in at 5 minutes to flame out from this hop stand.
