This French white wine barrel aged Imperial Saison has a plethora of intertwining flavours. Huge aromas of peach, syrup, tangerine, sherry, toffee and raisin, followed by a dynamic bracing acidity. The honey addition will help to dry out the beer, as the saison yeast will continue to ferment long after most ale yeast.
