Added 4g canning salt to the boil Put last runnings into the kettle. Total pre boil of 6.25G @ 1.060 10:30 reached boil added 0.25oz Mosaic 11:15 added 1lb brewers crystals and 5tsp yeast nutrient. 11:25 started running chiller 11:35 turned off element a m d cooled to 190 11:40 added whirlpool hops 12:10 resume cooling and transferring Collected 5.25G @ 1.076 Pitched yeast at around 69* and set fridge to 67* 5/7 turned up heat to 68* 5/9. Added first dry hops (2oz each citra mosaic, Galaxy) Turned up temp to 70. 5/11 10am. Turned temp up to 72. 4pm specific gravity at 1.024 5/12 5pm specific gravity at 1.021 5/16 dropped temp to 60 and dry hopped. 5/17 dropped temp to 38 5/19 kegged Got about 4.25 gallons at 1.020 for 7.35%

Also my dead space in the mash tun is equivalent to 1 gallon, so that makes strike water quantity and temp a little challenging to get it right. First brew is today, 6/23/19. 6/24/19: Very strong fermentation in conical fermenter @ 6:00AM this morning (pitched at 5:45pm last night,6 gal), set up my blow-off tube etc. right away.
