He cogido muestra para hacer fermentación forzada y sale 1010
Lleva viernes noche y hasta el lunes fermentando a buen ritmo
El jueves aún borbotea pero muy poco. Densidad 1012-1013
1 día más tarde se pasa a secundario y se pone en frío donde estará 1 semana
Se embotella en 2 cornis de 9 L más botellas (azúcar Moreno aquí)
Ha quedado buena pero palman ha encontrado isovalerico seguramente del Nelson sauvin. Y tb amargor eléctrico.
Repetir receta sin Nelson sauvin, menos ibus y no first wort porque puede qel columbus aparezca en sabor. Comprobar qel centennial esté en buen estado |
