Notes: 1. 2.0 lbs. 2-Row instead of 11, using 13 raising gravity from 1.060 to 1.068.
2. Substituting Galena for Centennial. Adding 2.0 oz. of Galena (14.5 AA and a ton of cohumulone) instead of 1.1. oz Centennial (10 AA).
3. Adding a flavor hop - Cascade at 20 min. 1.1 oz.
4. Increasing whirlpool hops from 1.6 oz. to 2.0 oz. of Cascade for better nose.
5. Increasing dry hop Cascade from 1.1 to 2.0 to increase nose.
6. This calculator on O.G. isn't right. 12 lb. of 2-Row produces a 1.060 O.G. Adding 1.0 lb. extra adds 8 pts. to 1.068 O.G. |
