Notes: Converted to homebrew scale from original 22.5hl recipe posted by Pravda Brewery for "Brew for Ukraine"
Not sure on this one, calls for US-05 OG is what is shown in recipe, maybe needs diiferent yeast, should be 5.8 abv.
Probably going to brew this one, will update with whatever yeast I use.
Switched yeast to BRY-97. Seems to be a better choice than US-05 for the attenuation to hit close to target fg. |

Notes: This English Extra Special Bitter is characterized by the mashing of a single malt (Best Pale Ale - Heidelberg), followed by the generous hopping of Summit, Cascade, Citra and Sincoe hops. This beer underwent additional late hopping (dry hopping) on the 5th day of fermentation with the Cascade hops. It presents dense and persistent white foam, high carbonation, moderate body, earthy aroma, but not citrus like IPAs, refreshing tropical flavor balanced between malt and hops. Harmonize with strong cheeses like, brie and gorgonzola and with roasts, like Iberian black pig. The high alcohol content, the bitterness of the hops and the high carbonation, help to cut the fat and clean the taste of the side dishes, so that the next bite is as tasty as the first. |

Notes: Experimental one. Big and complex malt flavor.
Make sure you pitch low, (13C) and keep it around 16 through high karusen. This reduce the banana flavors. You can also replace WLP300 with WLP380 if you like less banana. |

Notes: A evolving Mint Chocolate Stout. Recently I posted an Imperial recipe as well! Still comes off a bit strong (roast/chocolate) so we're working on the ingredients balance. |
