Did not have the .25 lb Corn Sugar for batch #1. Also, could have used 5.5 Gal to brew with 1 gal to add hot before squeezing grain
Bring H2O to 123 - Add grains
Bring to 143 - Hold for 10 min
Bring to 152 - Hold for 70 min
Bring to 168 - Hold for 10 min
Bring to boil for 60 min
.5 Galena for 60 min
.5 Galena for 10 min
Start Whirlpool
At 200 add 1oz Rakau + 1oz Zythos - let cool to 170
Hold at 170 add 1oz Rakau + 1oz Wakatu- Hold for 10min
Cool to 70 add yeast
Dry hop with 1oz Rakau + 1oz Wakatu 3 days before kegging
05/04/20 Yeast appears done - Dropped trub out of bottom of conical and took shmeg reading 1.014
Dry hopped on 05/05/2020
Pulled hops on 05/09/2020 put under 21 PSI @35 deg
OG = 1.054
FG = 1.013

Homeroom • 06/11/2020 at 02:56pm This is a really nice NEPA. A bit different than the "standard" in that the hop selection is not as powerful as the typical Citra, Mosaic, Simco combination. Hop wise this is much more delicate, complex but not beating you over the head. Very flavorful and definitely a keeper.
