Notes

Good beer, but lacking in hop flavor. Added an additional 1 oz dry hop to the keg, and am waiting to see how it turns out. Most of the aroma isn't there, but there is a nice bitterness. Good grain bill to showcase the hops, but it may need a different hop than calypso.
