Notes

Mouthfeel is very soft, perhaps a touch sweet. May mash a little lower or pull the lactose next time. Otherwise the large pineapple nose has dropped the last few days, leave it with a nice and crisp citrus nose. Flavors and aroma while drinking are tangerine, mango, notes of pineapple and other tropical additions.
