Notes

Heat 7.5-7.75 gals of water to 166F to attain mash temp of 152-154F

Mix grains, add brewing salts to grain, dough in grains into mash tun, stirring thoroughly. Mash for 60 mins.

Move to kettle and boil 6.5 - 7.0 gals of wort for 60 mins.

Chill to 170 then add whirlpool additions then let steep for 60 mins, then continue chilling to pitch temps.

Pitch yeast.
