I'm intrigued by this recipe. Thanks for sharing. Could you add some notes about what you do with the pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, spices? Did you mash the pumpkin with the grains? Are seeds and spices going into wort at flameout or into primary, secondary? Before or after fermentation?
