Day 4: Add 3 oz xtal 80, 3 oz Special B, 3 oz Cara Aroma, 3 oz Pale Choc, 3 oz xtal 60, 3 oz Caramunich II and 1/4Cup light roast coffee in 2q Ball jar with grain bag, fill with filtered boiled tap, steep @ 155F 5min, cool to 70F, hold for 30 min,add to wort.
