Substituted mt hood for 5 min hop addition. As brew shop was out
Also used 1/4 tsp lactic acid in 4 gallon of strike water followed by additional 1/4 tsp lactic acid in sparge water
Will secondary along with oak chips which have been toasted and then soaked in rum for duration of primary
I also use clariferm
