Notes
Pre boil OG 1.057 at just under 6.5 gallons, will top off with water after boil to bring down and increase to 6 gallons. Added 3 quarts distilled water after boil to reach 6 gallons at 1.056, will split between two fermenters. One with white labs cali ale and white labs Belgian ale.
