Notes
Had to run off about 1 gallon of wort before adding boiling water for second mash rest. Ran off 7.5 gallons of wort at 1.075.
Fresh grated ginger, clove and allspice powder added at 180 degrees and steeped for 5 minutes. Ran a little water through wort chiller while kettle was in cold water to drop temp for steep.
