This beer was brewed on our 1 BBL pilot unit at New Magnolia Brewing in Houston, TX. Beer was put on Nitro and the beer engine. I have only tasted it on nitro. Very nice toasty flavors with some chocolate. Some sweet/caramel notes from the crystal 60. Color was a bit on the dark side than I expected but within style. Pour and mouthfeel on nitro were excellent. Bitterness was pretty much where I wanted it to land. If I'd change anything I'd pull back a little on the carafa III and a bit of the chocolate malt and up the crystal 60 a bit. Very happy with the results. 4 out 5.
