Notes

Based recipe on Frankenberry Weissbier recipe from byo.com at https://byo.com/article/breakfast-cereal-brews/ .

1) Did 2L yeast starter as a precaution, since the yeast was 8/9/24 born-on (White says 5-7mo life).
2) Add Fermcap prior to boil.
3) Add 1 Star Anise star near end of boil (2 could be too much).
4) Chill to 70F.
5) Ferment at 70F.
6) Make Chamomile tea near end of fermentation (see INSTRUCT).
7) Use floating dip tube
8) Add tea and PMB when kegging.
