Notes
Base recipe was copied from a NHC gold medal recipe. My edits are late addition roasted malts and the addition of coconut tincture.
All late additions are added at the last 15 minutes of the mash.
Clarity Ferm added at yeast pitch to reduce gluten.
Use unsweetened, preservative free shredded coconut.
Toast coconut @300 for 5 minutes on parchment lined cookie sheet until amber brown. Check every minute as coconut turns very quickly. Create a tincture with vodka and soak for several weeks. Add all to the fermenter around day 12, one to two days before bottling.

Recipe costs can be adjusted by changing the batch size. They won't be saved but will give you an idea of costs if your final yield was different.
