Notes

Whirlpool: At 0 minutes in boil, turn off heat and add all whirlpool hops. Let stand for 20 minutes, then chill to 65 . Ferment at 67 for 7 days, then add dry hops and allow temperature to rise to 72 for at least 3-5 more days. Once terminal gravity is reached, cold crash fro 48 hours (optional) to clarify. Bottle at 2.5 volumes.
