Notes

still figuring out the water calcs. 12ml lactic acid is true for what the mash needed to get down around 5.3 ph. ended at 5.26. originally made water calcs for light and hoppy and a 90 gallon final amount batch. after scaling down the numbers changed to what I figured was correct. then looking at the calcs again the numbers keep changing, not sure what's the deal.
This recipe was made on 11/22/22 in an attempt to re do the RTB Hammer brew in late oct. early nov. when we didn't dry hop enough and did it too late, just before cold crashing.
Transferred to secondary 12/11/22, mostly just to let more settle out. dry hopped about a week before, will transfer to keg and carbonate in a few days.
Kegged 1/5/23, FG 2.6 BRIX or 1.010.
