split this batch. One will be fermented hot with Voss, the other with New England yeast.

There was only 6 oz of idaho 7 at the shop. That will be added to the hop stand and the dry hops will be mosaic and citra only (if I have something else I may add but for now that'll be it). Each 5 gallon batch will get 8 total oz of dry hop. Split evenly 4 mo 4 cit.
