I have brewed this many times. The design was to make a crisp every day lager...ie.highish salts, modest gravity, low mash temp. I was making this at 1.055 and 40 ibu, but have recently dialled the alcohol down and made it a but sharper.. brew and drink it like water, good after work, with food, with breakfast
