Notes

Brewed via BIAB method on 1/16/2022 with Connor Cox in Stillwater, OK.

Used ~9.25 gallons of strike water at 159 F to yield a mash temp = 152 degrees F. Mashed for 60 minutes minimum.

Starting volume = 7.5 gallons
SG = 12.3 brix = 1.050 g/L
OG = 14.60 = 1.060 g/L via hydrometer
Used two sachets of S-04 (23 grams). One was really old so i used two.

FG = 8.5 Brix = 1.019 g/L
Hydrometer read 1.018 g/L after correction.
