Notes

May not be able to use this yeast. Will have to mess with the spices and try out cardamom. I might skip the cinnamon since Allspice might be plenty. I would prefer using whole spice in secondary if possible. Vanilla beans split and scooped into secondary.

Don't know if baking soda is necessary.
