Notes
Vanilla beans (2) added as a tinter. Cut and remove from husk by scraping. place in 1.5oz vodka with cut up husk for a week prior to brewing. Stir into fermenter prior to aeration.
Ferment at 60-62F for 7 days or until complete. Raise temp to 65F for 3 days for diacetyl rest, then cold crash. Transfer and condition for a month (if you can wait that long).
