Notes
Dry hop on day 10 in primary fermenter. Transfer to secondary (carboy) on day 14-15.
Add the following:
6 lbs of blueberries, 5 vanilla beans (scraped) that have been lightly pulsed and soaked in 8 oz woodford reserve bourbon for 48 hours.
26.5 oz graham cracker crumbs.
Let sit in secondary (with a blowoff tube) for 4 days.
Cold crash for 24-36 hours then keg.
