Mash out @ 75'C Lift du filtre et sparge du "Turbid de 5L @90'C Fly sparge (eau à 95'C sans ajustements du PH) pour sortir les tannins Preboil: 32L @1.040 2.5h de boil = 23L @1.056 Laissé à l'extérieur à 2"C - 4'C à partir de 18:30 18:30: 95'C 20:30: 50'C 4:00 AM: 15'C Transféré @ 15'C (9.6h à l'extérieur) Il pleuvait dans le chaudron (bruine) OG: 1.056 ++++++ Début de fermetation active le 4 avril au matin (environ 50h de lag time) ;)
