Notes: 2 fresh packs WLP802 in an 18hr SNS starter. Scooped out 2 gallons thick mash into Kettle #2 after the 152 rest, then direct-fired main mash to 160* and conducted decoction in K2 while main mash rested at 160*. Added decoction back to main mash after 30 mins for recirc and filling boil kettle. |
