Temp set to 19C first 42 hrs. When fermentation started, ramp up to 21C.
First dry hop @ 2 days 9hrs, SG 1.030, pressure set to 10 psi.
2 days 19 hrs, @ SG 1.020 temp set to 22 C
Second dry hop @ 3 days 20 hrs, SG 1.019
Coldcrashed to 1 C on day 7
Closed transfer to keg on day 9
Force carbonated at 12 psi 6 C
