Installed Brew Jacket and brought the temp up to 62 degrees. Good fermentation , not sure when it kicked in because no air in blowoff due to seal issue around plastic sleeve on Brew Jacket. Hydro reading taken at 51 Hr mark . Reading 1.016 adjusted for sample temp of 64 degrees. Estimate 5 degrees from target FG. Will raise temp in the morning to give yeast a DE rest.
