did cold crash to 48 for 3 days
in keg in fridge for 12 days
Use conical from primary / dump yeast/ seal and pressure ferment at 5 to 10 psi
cold crash and the transfer to keg.
2 week later transfer to serving keg .
first taste april 24 a bit cloudy need more c02mot to bitter slight malt taste .
counter pressure bottle Maybe.
april 26 transfer to keg second
did not bottle, all gone from keg Great beer. Brew again. |
