Notes: This is my own recipe that I came up with. Tastes amazing! The bitter taste at first complements the sweet hoppy taste that hazies leave in your mouth. Decided to name it New Western IPA. New from New England IPAs and Western from West Coast IPAs. This beer has the bitterness and crispness of a West Coast IPA, but also has the distinct sweetness and haze of New England IPAs.
