OD : 1,058 good taste, a bit dry but probably because of the hops in suspension. Brewed November 17th, bottled December 7th FG 1.018 **Final taste : un peu biscuit en fin de bouche mais goûte encore un peu trop le pain... Fermentation à 19 degrés. Prochaine fois, mettre un peu plus de special roast pour vraiment aller chercher plus le côté brown ale. 7/10
