Notes

1 week into Laggering no off flavors and tasting real good. -7/22/2020

2 weeks into Laggering at 34 degrees and WOW No off flavors and I can’t believe how much it’s improved. I want to say it’s ready to go now but we will keep going. -7/31/2020

4 weeks in flavor hasn't improved much from previous update still solid uploading picture. 8/10/2020

Main take away this is super balanced. A little more hops wouldn't hurt it though.
