Notes
This is my first recepy. Its very easy to do it so if you are just starting to make beer I highly recommend you to try this one.
There is no need to control the water minerals. I did it because i know the water i use. Just follow the ingredients of malt, water, hops, sugar and yeast and you will make I very good blonde ale beer.
About the yeast , use 2 saches of 11 g. Or just use 20 g
