This is not an altbier. Altbier is not an easy style. Cascade and other fruity hops are forbidden in this style. Also no chocolate or roasty grist are allowed. Normally german country style hops are used. Fermentation guidance is obligatory. Normally 16°C is used, lightly increasing after 3-5 days.
