Notes

Sweet stout aged on toasted coconut, cacao nibs and vanilla beans, kegged with almond flavoring. A liquid Almond Joy is the ultimate goal.

Add chocolate malt to mash with 10 minutes remaining, don't mash for the entire 60 minute duration.
After fermentation slows, add toasted coconut, cacao nibs and cut/scraped vanilla beans directly to fermenter. Age for an additional 2 weeks.
