Notes

Added 1 TBS of Coriander to enhance grapefruit notes @ 15 to boil. All grains were milled three times. Flaked wheat not milled. Using 8.20 gals resulted in 5.5 gals in kettle (with hops socks still in) and 4.75 gals in fermenter. Thus had to add 1 gal tap water to fermenter. First OG reading was 1.81 @ 88 degrees F. Lots of solids! After adding 1 gal water to fermenter, OG is 1.054 @ 71 degrees F.
