cloning lawsons SoS

ferment in plastic carboy with stainless blowoff. place in carboy with filter around neck. pull above beer line and secure. Add dry hops at 60% attenuation. connect to corney to flush.

push blowoff below beer line to transfer to corny with a few points left. crash cool and condition for a week. serve.
