Notes
Used Safale-04 x 2 packets re-hydrated,
This is a monster Beer, call it what you will Christmas,Holiday,Winterfest or what ever pacifies your religious/non religious sensitivity. Adjust the spice to your taste. Condition at about 12°C/54 °F. for a minimum of 5 weeks. Not going to educate you on carbonation but I shall be carbonating then beer gunning to bottles for presents and for home brew club.
Merry Christmas Y'all & God save the Queen!
