Quite possibly my most popular beer. Had many people who tried it say it was the best beer they have ever had. I used frozen fruit from Costco. Next time I would probably reduce the mango by 1lb and chop it up a bit, then add 1lb of pineapple and crush it a bit.

Do you rack your beer to a secondary after the initial fermentation is done then add the frozen fruit?

@TheSandeman - I do not rack to a secondary vessel on any of my beers.
